This place is the closest thing to holiday perfection we have found. We have come and stayed with Arife and Oliver three times, once on our own, once with my elderly parents and then with another family. We keep coming back because there is no place like it and the welcome given to us by Arife and Oliver is something we look forward to and think about all year.

The villas are divine – they have been tastefully and thoughtfully built, with the most glorious outdoor areas in which to relax. The pool is beautiful, the garden lush, the seating areas comfortable and shaded. We adore the tree houses with the breeze and the shower hidden in the tree at Villa Passion. The walk to Kayakoy along the forest track which takes you through the abandoned village is magical, especially as it gets dark. We love going to Muzzy’s for lunch and letting the kids swim in his pool, and have enjoyed many nights at Cinbal BBQing our own meats and trying the slow cooked lamb. We really love taking the small boat to Gemiler Island for swimming and a walk up the track to see the Byzantine ruins, the fish market in Fethiye for fabulous and cheap meals, the wonderful day out at Saklikent Gorge.

The ruins at Tlos are very quiet with no one else around, while the resort at Olu Deniz is buzzy and the lagoon is warm and pretty. My kids have loved Arife’s kittens and the friendly dog, and we have all enjoyed spotting the wildlife from bats to crickets to tortoises. A highlight has been the boat trips where we have been fed on board while we cruise around bays. It really is the best place we have ever visited and the Turkish people are so kind and welcoming. We could not recommend Eden Villas more highly – go!

We stayed at Villa Eden in late December/early January. It was a very quaint, well-furnished home nestled in the beautiful (and surprisingly lively) village of Kayakoy. The owners were very attentive both in the lead-up to and during our stay (via email and Whats App). They welcomed us with a home-cooked meal (with freshly-baked bread!), which got our stay off to a lovely and homey start. While they were very helpful throughout the stay, they also made sure to respect our privacy, only coming by when we asked them for something. We were rather concerned that the place would not be warm enough for winter, but we were pleasantly surprised that, as long as we kept the fire going in the beautiful living room, the main area remained warm enough to feel comfortable sitting and reading or eating dinner. The hosts provided the wood that we required – we were careful with the amount we used and so did not end up needing to ask for any more. We also used the outside bbq/firepit. Each of the rooms had their own ac/heating systems, which were sometimes a bit patchy/noisy, but mostly kept the rooms warm. There was a separate bedroom/bathroom with its own outside entrance, which was perfect to allow privacy for my sister and her partner and their new baby. The hosts obviously have good attention to detail in terms of the décor of the villa, and were generous in including basics like dish soap, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, spices etc. The town itself is small, but lively, and is within 10 mins (walking distance). Way more restaurants were open in winter than we expected, including the amazing Cin Bal (which is labeled as a kebap restaurant but is actually much more (with excellent lamb and other meat dishes, including bbqs at each table, as well as great salads, mezes etc) and Lebessos for a lovely fireside traditional breakfast. The old ruins of Kayakoy are also reached within 10 mins of the villa, as well as the hike down to Oludeniz. Overall, we highly recommend this villa – for the villa itself, its location in quaint Kayakoy and the lovely hosts Arife and Oliver. Thank you again for the stay. We hope to be back, perhaps in spring/summer/fall to make use of the lovely pool and outdoor seating areas.

We just wanted to say such a BIG THANK you to Arife and Oliver for such a wonderful villa. We spoiled ourselves by having Villa Eden all to ourself and found the villa and its grounds a fantastic and peaceful retreat. Relaxing by the pool area or enjoying outdoor dining on the terrace just could not be better. We also enjoyed the friendly visits by the cats, dog and even chickens, but lounging by the pool or relaxing in the raised “Chill Zone” with a drink was sheer bliss!!!

Not surprised so many guests return, have no doubt we will be also!!!

Dear Arife and Oliver
Just a short note to say thank you so very very much for making our holiday so enjoyable.
Villa Passion is beautiful  – a little slice of heaven and everything we wanted it to be. The pool and surrounding area were lovely, the arrival meal delicious and very welcome and all the four legged friends lovely.
Kayakoy is a wonderful place – we love the quiet chilled atmosphere of the village and were met with such friendliness from everyone we came across.
Thank you for all your help in arranging everything and all your advice and help – everyrthing was just perfect.
We all had a wonderful time.
One day we would love to come back.
with best wishes

Booked villa Passion in June 2017. Memorable time spent for our first time in Turkey and I think Kaya was a great choice. Arife and Oliver built a holiday dream: an authentic house, a charming garden and a peacefull area, in the heart of the nature far from the crowded touristic place.

Arife and Oliver are incredibly attentive to the confort and request of their guest, always trying to offer the best experience for us. You also definitely to try Arife traditionnal Güveç meal… Can’t say more, just ask her to prepare you a meal! 🙂

Will never forget the culture and the people in and around Kaya in Turkey, far from the propaganda we can hear in Europe….

It`s a great place in the mountains. It was unforgetable to wake up when birds are singing and to take breakfast in the shade of blooming plants. The pool zone is perfect. The villa is very private and perfect for families with children. Owners were very polite and friendly. We are glad to recommend the villa to everyone.

Thanks Arife and Olivver for our perfect holidays!

I booked villa Eden last summer (August 2016) with my husband and 2 children. It was a truly magnificent experience. The location is so relaxing and tranquil. You could just hear the sounds of nature from the villa.

We hired all 3 villas for our family & friends so that we could hold our wedding here. The villas are in a beautiful & tranquil setting next to the national forest and only 10 minutes walk to Kaya Koy and the famous Ghost Village.
