Eden Villas Kayaköy is the realization of our dream.
As your hosts and friends, we—Arife and Oliver—have truly enjoyed creating our beautiful stone villas in Kayaköy. This unique village lies just 9 km from Ölüdeniz, one of the most beautiful beaches along the Lycian Coast. It is here that we learned to love and deeply appreciate nature and the great outdoors.
Our first visit to Kayaköy was in 1997. From the very beginning, this magical place touched us so deeply that we decided to buy land far away from crowded and overdeveloped areas.
At that time, there was no road leading to the land, no water, and no electricity—only untouched nature, rich flora, and diverse wildlife.
During those years, we were still living and working in Germany.
In 2004, we built our first holiday home, Villa Eden, with great care to preserve nature and blend harmoniously into the pine forest of Kayaköy, near Fethiye on the Lycian coast.
Over the following years, this unique region, its mountains, and the warmth of the local people deeply inspired us. What began as a holiday retreat soon became a life-changing journey.
In 2007, we moved from Dortmund, Germany, to Kayaköy with our seven-year-old son, Malik, to begin a new life close to nature.
Wanting to share this peaceful paradise, we later created Villa Passion and Villa Amara, private holiday villas in Kayaköy, completed in 2011.
Today, we continue to live in Kayaköy and warmly welcome guests from all over the world to experience peaceful villa holidays surrounded by nature.
